He was also thoughtful enough to document the issue and solution, which helped my colleague get the same issue resolved in half the time when she ran into it. Not only am I so stoked for functionality, but the proactivity in following up with me was amazing. Our computer networking at my service station was a mess! I had several computer techs from different companies out here and they just pointed back and forth at the other guy in regards to what needed to be done. I contacted Superior and they promptly sent out a tech the next day. Aaron calmly went to work and had a diagnosis and game plan ready in a couple hours. They got me back up and running with my networking and WiFi and everything’s been working great since. I highly recommend them over the more highly advertised companies. Thanks Aaron and Superior!
