He was also thoughtful enough to document the issue and solution, which helped my colleague get the same issue resolved in half the time when she ran into it. I really appreciated his quick response, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to help prevent the same issue from slowing someone else down.

Rarely do I write reviews for things and I have never for IT help before if I’m being honest. But Eli was so helpful in solving a problem that has been going on for quite some time. Not only am I so stoked for functionality, but the proactivity in following up with me was amazing. After not being able to connect several times, and my workload this week, I have not been able to even respond, let alone reschedule. Our computer networking at my service station was a mess! I had several computer techs from different companies out here and they just pointed back and forth at the other guy in regards to what needed to be done. I contacted Superior and they promptly sent out a tech the next day. Aaron calmly went to work and had a diagnosis and game plan ready in a couple hours. They got me back up and running with my networking and WiFi and everything’s been working great since. I highly recommend them over the more highly advertised companies. Thanks Aaron and Superior!
